The Towne Motel

"2 queen beds, light snacks and water in the room on arrival, had everything needed in the room. The shower had a seat attachment if needed - our young kids took advantage of a sit down shower. Spacious room and fab location - walkable to central Camden. There is a common area - not just one room but many incl. books, games and a fully stocked kitchen. We didnโt use it much as only stayed the one night but looked good for longer stays or if arriving late and restaurants are closed."

"Great experience. They had almost everything youโd need (such as a bottle opener!) and let us park the car until 2 the next day, which is super convenient. The back patio with the fire pit and all the friendly people left you feeling a sense of community. Recommended!"

"We went by all the positive feedback on the hotel when booking and can happily add to those! Hotel has obviously undergone change over many years; updates and upgrades to an older hotel on the harbor. Rooms were clean, hallways, parking lot and breakfast area as well. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Provided breakfast was typical for what I expected of an included amenity, but definitely better than many others Iโve had at other hotels and food never ran out! The single elevator made it tricky at times to get to our room on the 4th floor expediently, but it was never a huge deal. Views from our room (we had a double queen with balcony) of the harbor were nice! My wife and I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony several evenings. We didnโt have issues parking but it seemed like it could get tight due to non-guests using the lot to walk into town or to the ferry. Walkability to most anything in Rockland was great!"
