"It is a long walk for city central and the train station but is great for going into the park area. Hotel is located next to the Chair lift that takes you into the mountains and chair lift. Staff was very friendly and services were great. Resturant food food was very good as well."
"Clean room, they gave us the upgrade room top floor with best views of Zermatt city, church with clock tower. Great breakfast and great service, food was excellent and many variety. Staff are very friendly and helpful with amazing services."
"Great room, great staff, great breakfast. Our ONLY complaint was room temperature was too hot for sleep! No A/C so you have to leave window and door to balcony open which allows light and street noise. Apparently this issue is common in Zermatt but that doesn’t make it any better. I’d definitely stay here again!"
"Excellent stay for my family in Zermatt. Location was perfect. The Spa was a huge highlight. The whole family loved it and it was quite unique and special with views of the Matterhorn. What a wonderful place to relax after long travels and hikes. Beautiful property. Would love to stay again. And the breakfast was very good!!"
