"Fine hotel - I like the Route Inn franchise - convenient locations / self-park for car. Breakfast is not as extensive as other locations but adequate.

"I stayed for 3 days. The price was reasonable, and they provided breakfast. The facility level was a little bit lower than business hotel, but all of things were well-equipped. Front desk was kind, and they provide shuttle service from hotel to JAXA or San-So-Ken, the national research complex in Tsukuba every morning, so most of visitor will be satisfied in this hotel."

"Great rooms. Great bath house. Helpful staff. Only down fall would be the prices at restairant. Resemble pit of country prices. Can find much more authetic experience for local prices wothin walking distance. The beds were pretty form but i understand thats common on asian countries."
"The room was incredibly comfortable, and the view from the upper floors was simply unbeatable. Even on a cloudy day, it carried a poetic charm of its own.
Breakfast was both abundant and delicious—a perfect pairing with the Tokyo Skytree in sight.

"Hotel needs accessible rooms for disabled guests. Shuttle bus stand at terminal 1 is chaotic. Ended up taking a taxi. Room spacious and clean. Air conditioning difficult to control. "
"This hotel is an amazing property and well suited for families that are attending Disney. We wanted to stay here for a different location on this trip to Tokyo, it was fairly easy to get to. The only thing I would like is that the pool stay open longer. It closed at 4:30 and we wanted to eat and relax in the warmth by the pool. "
