"Staff were their usual happy self. The lady in the morning breakfast is always a delight to chat to. Oh sure, she's busy, but talk TO her, not AT her, and you find she's happy to help you in any way she can. We only get here once or twice a year, but when staff recognize you, you know that's a good sign!"

"I used to love the Business Inn and stayed there every time I was in Ottawa, but I went back this week for the first time since the pandemic and it wasn’t great. The pillows are huge/hard and so uncomfortable on your neck, the shower is weak, and something in the room was setting off an allergy (I have a few, so won’t speculate which one). While staff were professional and polite, it’s too bad that it otherwise wasn’t as good as it used to be. "
