"Very comfortable stay, especially after a long day at universal studios. Great customer service. The room was clean and modern. There is a shuttle that takes you to the park and city walk, but you can also easily walk there in 10 minutes. The metro subway is also a quick 5 to 10 minute walk as well. "

"My friend and I only stayed for one night but Simon at the front desk was amazing and helpful and Luis was our driver on the shuttle bus. He was so friendly! Gave us great advice on what get at Porto's for breakfast the next morning and made sure we knew where to be when he picked us up that night!! Will definitely stay there again!!! Thanx guys!! "Helpful, clean, comfortable, affordable hotel with free transport to and from BUR airport (ask the front desk about it). They let you print out your events tickets and boarding passes, check emails for free on their lobby computer. The Cuban place in the lobby had delicious food. We stayed here after a family funeral, and visited universal studios. It was perfect for what we needed."

"Great property on quiet street but just a few blocks to the Pier and other Santa Monica action. Our first room was a bit noisy due to street construction so we moved to a different room the second night and everything was perfect. Super friendly staff at check-in and valet. Rooftop restaurant is an amazing place to watch sunset! "

"I was really impressed with the convenience and cleanliness of this hotel. We enjoyed the covered parking even though we walked and took the shuttle to Universal Studios. On the Internet, some mentioned that it wasn’t close to anything, but we drove easily to Griffith Park Griffith, Observatory stars walk of fame Price is right and felt it was very easy and close."
