"Great hotel. Very clean. Staff very attentive and polite. Free snacks, cakes hot dogs ect. Brilliant decor with Disney and universal figures everywhere. Have been to Disney many times and wish there hotels were as good as this. Would definitely stay again. Slight drawback is that it is on main road so can be quite noisy with crazy Istanbul traffic."

"As a new property, few things need to be adjusted and I am sure they will be shortly. I am writing this review to thank Kadir for one of the best services I have got in a hotel in my life, And I can say I travel quite a lot. He made my stay absolutely wonderful. Kadir, the hotel is very lucky to have you as their employee! There is no parking, although it was described as present, but it was easy to find a parking space nearby everyday at anytime of the day. The restaurant on the ground floor is very good, convenient and it has excellent service as well. "

"Reception staff are freindly especially at morning shift , they also checked me in at early morning , I thank them for that , no closet in the room , sound insulation is horrible , i could hear hall conversation in neighbouring room ."
