"There was no electricity, it hadn’t been cleaned, the shower wouldn’t turn on, the bed was too low, the room no working television. The staff were not accommodating and nothing was right about our stay. Apart from the location. "

"La stanza e molto piccola ma non è stato un problema perché abbiamo girato fino tardi andavamo solo per dormire,però anche il letto era piccolo appena centravamo,e premetto che siamo magri. La struttura è vecchia,però la stanza era pulita. Non è centrale ma molto vicina alla stazione Earls Court,insomma è ok per prezzo pagato."

"Building Work: Not told at booking that I would be woken daily ay 8AM due to renovation works. Electrical wire dangling in main corridor upon arrival, major health and safety breach. House Keeping: Didn't have room cleaned during all of my stay, kitchen utensils were dirty and the pots/pans in the unit were thick with dust. Had to clean before using any of the kitchen. Rude Staff: During whole stay I only met one member of staff who deserved genuine praise; I didn't catch her...

"A great place to stay for a concert at the Apollo. Dinner and drinks on the Thames and the venue all within walking distance and also walking distance to station. It was hot while we were staying and no air con(which is fine from an eco perspective). We were able to open the windows but this meant a very noisy night sleep. Otherwise everything that you needed for an overnight stay and the communication and checking in process was really straightforward."
