5/5 - Excellent
Was at a concert so it was fantastic

The room was beautiful, excellent view, spotless - overall couldn’t fault it at all. The staff we encountered were all very friendly, especially the lady who greeted us on arrival and showed us the electronic check-in option (sorry, can’t remember her name). The hotel is a bit of a maze, but the location is convenient for central London. Breakfast was ok, but once again I saw a solo traveller come back to an allocated table, where someone else had been seated while she was at the buffet - it's uncomfortable for all.

Excellent location, in the heart of Piccadilly Circus (literally less than 50m from the Station entrance). We had dinner across the road and then crossed another street to see musical. The room is modern but very bare, there was no where to sit so it’s definitely a place to just sleep and be out ...

loved this hotel because is right next to Wembley Outlet. lots of places to eat and shop.
Not a great place to stay unless you are going to Wembley Arena, Stadium or Troubador theatre
Getting to the hotel was a slow, frustrating drive, with extremely slow (and, often, static) traffic over the last mile. I did not visit anything in Wembley other than the hotel and the Arena.
Pleasant, busy, easy to get to from motorway
A bit far from center but nice and quiet neighborhood.
