"The property is not good it has a kind of reception desk but it took us nearly an hour to get a room. Then the key didn’t so went back to reception which was 10mins away Fo the member of staff to say the batteries had gone flat in the door lock but instead of replacing the batteries we had to get a member of staff to open the door. "Very walkable area with the Dao being the best hotel in the Shepherd Bush community. Great shopping with the Westfield Mall being only a 5 minute walk. We were moved to another room because the first room AC went out. Hotel staff promptly moved us to a comfy room with great AC. "
