The coffee maker in the room, plus the free supply of coffee and water on demand.
The big bathroom and room ( we had cosy room park view ). The big and very comfortable bed and pillows.
The good wine list at the bar and at the restaurant.

"An excellent hotel for solo travelers. Comfortable bed and pillows, modern room and bathroom, climate control, and convenient Nespresso machine along with a kettle and fridge. Coffee and tea with sugar and milk is provided in your room and is restocked daily.
The hotel is also in a very convenient location. Located near the Central line and Circle/District Lines with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. And just across the street is Kensington Gardens.
I would stay here again for future trips to London!"
"Their check in process is so easy! You can do it yourself through self-service machines they have in the lobby. If you get stuck, the personnel is prompt and kind to offer assistance.
The location is amazing with public transportation right in front of the hotel.
