"The hotel was clean and easy to get too. It really helped us out with the tube strikes. Great price wish the cups in the room were bigger. A reminder to staff you shouldn't be calling out the number of the room, other people can hear what you are saying and it can be very unsafe for females. Other than that I can't fault the stay."

"Lovely hotel. Friendly service and front desk. Good location for the O2 empire and good commuter links to the rest of London. Nice sized bed and rooms, even the no window/basement rooms are perfect for short stays. Only negative was we tried to use their little breakfast service, by hanging a bag from your room on the door handle, and they should deliver food in the morning, but no one collected ours so we didn’t get anything, which was a shame."

"Check in process didn't work on my phone had to do it on a laptop .no reception on site you have to whats app .so I had go to a pub next door to check in as I couldn't get in the property without checking in.property is fine,clean nothing special."

"Great hotel and near to the tube station. Local restaurants nearby and walkable to museums and the Albert hall. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was good value with plenty of options. The Nespresso machine in the room wa a super bonus 👍😊"
