"The pool was closed (no reason given) any of the times we tried to go during the open pool hours. Also, we tried to go to Tim Ho Wan, it was closed for a private event. Also, we tried to go to the Ghost Bar, it was closed for a private event. Also, we asked if we could do a later checkout and they said no. Very unhelpful, very unfriendly. Would much rather have paid a little more and stayed on the strip at a place with more options since everything we tried to do here was closed. Worst Vegas hotel experience in our 13 trips to Vegas. Would not recommend. "

"Room was exactly like the pics!! Bed was so comfortable! Love this Hotel we will definitely be back, this was our first time in Houston and this location was perfect! Very quiet but not far from the strip. The shower was hot I loved it but the hot tub water did not get as warm as I would’ve liked. The only downside was that we could not access the balcony, that was one of my main reasons for booking, but the view was still beautiful! 10/10 "

"Love this hotel. It has everything on site you don’t even have to leave the hotel. They have restaurants casino a pool bowling spot and a movie theater all in the same spot. They also have good food security and a friendly gift shop. The price is amazing too. I will definitely be back there again next year. "
