"There a few minor shortcomings. My wife needs a couple of extra bath towels and my my requests for them had to be repeated each evening for the first half of our stay. Also, there is inadequate space on the bathroom sink area for toiletries. No room meal service."

"We loved the feel and ambiance of the hotel. We felt very safe having to use our keycard to go to our floor via the elevator. The staff was always friendly and kind and our room was always clean. We loved the neighborhood and how convenient it was to food, coffee, and Central Park."
