The room was large and nicely appointed. The grounds are beautiful. Restaurant food amazing. The service from all employees was impeccable. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay here again.

Palace Hotel is in an old historic building which dates back to 1889. The lobby and reception areas on the ground and 2nd floor are tastefully decorated in European/Victorian style. The rooms are all on the 2nd and 3rd floors and there are no elevators; hence advisable to pack overnite bags which we did. The rooms are all decorated in a different theme and are big considering the hotel is in Port Townsend downtown. There is free parking behind the hotel and there are cafes and restaurants...

My 2.5 week stay was great. Location was convenient to the lite rail, Trader Joe's, the Ave and UW. Room was spacious, comfortable & clean. Having laundry facilities on same floor as room was a plus. I would definitely stay there again.
