"Our stay was great! The parking was very easy and convenient. The room was very clean and spacious. There were nice amenities like Gym, pool and hot tub to name some. Complimentary breakfast had a nice array of options. One morning I came down and the coffee was empty, an employee came right out and asked if I wanted coffee and informed me more was being brewed and would be available within 5 minutes. 5 minutes later she came up to me took my cup and filled it with coffee. The staff was awesome! The location of this hotel is great too with many place to eat and shop and highway 101 very close. Applebees was located in the same parking lot! We are definitely coming back!"

"The mineral pool and hot tubs were wonderful. Getting more towels sent to the room was very slow. Plenty of parking. Overall the facility was great, the customer service could have been better. "
