The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. I have to say that the staff were very cheerful, helpful and approachable. They would answer questions, give directions with a smile and very patient. They were the best staff. We enjoyed our stay very much. Will stay there again next. I highly recommend this place. Also it is in a very good location.

small but comfortable room, bathroom a bit tight, good breakfast choice, nice Bar and restaurant. House keeping good.
Reception Staff very pleasant.
Great location, quite side street overlooking Park but 3 min walk to Tube, lots of restaurant choices near by.
No kettle in room and coffee maker really slow and annoying, could only get BBC I player on TV so limited channel viewing again really annoying, slow Lift.

Lovely room.
But rest of the hotel such a let down
As a solo traveller, really disappointed as no room service, just a small coffee shop/cafe/bar, breakfast whilst a good choice, just a glorified buffet, nothing freshly cooked .
Good gym
Poor substitute to equivalent Park Plaza, Hilton’s - these offered way better facilities and value for money

"Rooms were clean and well maintained. The pool area needs far more attention as food cups bottles and discarded towels were not cleared away. The temperature of the pool should be warmer and cleaner as it was cloudy. Breakfast also needs to be hotter."
