I came walking in with my suitcase and they came running to take my suitcase away. I have never been to a hotel that was this outstanding. I can give it a 20 out of 10."

"The hotel and staff were nice. Unfortunately it is the end of October and getting chilly in Seoul, there was no way to control the thermostat so the room was cold. I asked the front desk and there was no way to control it but they were kind enough to bring me a portable oil heater. Once again, it was a bit disappointing because the heater barely helped warm up the room. I ended up wearing layers to bed and making a “blanket cave” to stay warm. Everything else about the hotel was great, it was just a bit too chilly for my liking, especially as someone that struggles to regulate their own body temperature."
