"Luxurious. Service is IMPECCABLE from the moment you arrive. So much help from the bellmen. We didn’t lift a finger. Always someone nearby to direct you. They are always waiting to serve. 24 hour butler so no need to call housekeeping. The room was gorgeous, and VERY MODERN/beautiful. High end fixtures and toiletries. High ceilings. Plush robes and towels. Quiet floor. Fresh fruit in the room. You will feel taken care of. The connected restaurant is new and the food was fantastic! Red carpet treatment. The breakfast buffet includes ala carte hit items and detox juices. The men options were insanely amazing for buffet style. All freshly prepared. The pool was clean and heated! If you want luxury, stay here. It sets the bar! Our only issue was a resort credit given that we didn’t have time to use, so we purchased an item from the spa, which we later learned was not included. We were supposed to get a room upgrade, but we are unclear if we did, or if all the rooms were this amazing. "

The staff, especially Jone, Che, Fernando, and others are accommodating, courteous, gentle, wise problem solvers, guest-satisfaction-oriented, effective, and like no other hotel staff I have ever dealt with. The staff and their plush property floored me and my family. Their New Year’s gala was opulent and lively. We don’t regret not being at the Burj Khalifa for the fireworks spectacle because the Marriott Marquis Dubai Creek made our New Year’s celebration indelible. "

"This is an excellent hotel to stay in Dubai. We stayed here for four days and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were highly professional, courteous, and supportive throughout our stay. The hotel also provides complimentary shuttle service to and from Dubai Airport, which was very convenient. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and cleaned daily. The in-house restaurant offered high-quality food, and we did not feel the need to dine elsewhere during our stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for families seeking comfort and convenience."
