Wonderfully located, small boutique hotel. Service was superb, and our Family Suite (2 adjoining rooms with an external door) was brilliant.

The hotel is located 3-5 mins walk away from the main train station. super convenient to travel around. There is a variety of food options and supermarket around the vicinity. The staff goes extra miles for us to check in early and check out late when we request. Super friendly and render assistance when needed 👍

I’m so glad that I picked this hotel among three hotels that I was initially considering based on its good reviews. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Amazing! Family room is spacious and comfortable. Hotel is surrounded by good food and shopping! Just a short walk to Zurich HB station. Will definitely be back if we come back to Zurich.

Property manager and staff were friendly and responsive when we check-in. They allowed us early check-in when room is ready and available. They showed us how to use the free laundry facilities and provided us with the detergent. The hotel felt almost like a B&B, with warm and welcoming staff. Martina, especially, was kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good, with a nice view of the rose garden. It was very hot when we were there, with temperatures above 30 degrees Celsius. Although the room had good ventilation and a small fan, it still felt very warm and we found it hard to sleep because of the heat. We also woke up in a sweat every day.
