They upgraded us to a 5 star hotel for one night as there was a fire alarm issue at the hotel. They also gave us free dinner and free breakfast every morning. Staff on the front desk were very helpful getting us cheaper cab ride to helping us navigate Istanbul. Rooms were decent size, very clean.

Location plus staff

Amazing location. Five mins from Taksim square. Plenty of stores nearby for grocery and eateries. The entrance of hotel is at a corner but the rooms are good sized and clean with adequate amenities. Staff was also very friendly.

The Hotel restaurant was truly great and with good price . The severs were polite and helpful Biltal was one of the server there and very good in explaining the food. I had a bad experience upon check in and going 2 my room. Worst experience ever. But to the hotels credit they have done everything possible to make this up to me so credit is due. The stay has been fine afterwards and the hotel is a good place to stay. Credit to the check in desk AM who has done everything he could to smooth over the initial experience. Thank you Fettah Acar.

Good location, very noisy

Location close to Taksim square and surrounding area with almost 24/7 shopping and easy access to transport excellent. Rooms somewhat “worn”, but clean and bed comfortable. Had “superior room” with balcony (806). Balcony spacy and sunny in afternoon. Nice big fridge. VERY noisy from neighbor rooms, walls are paperthin and even low voices can be heard easily. In next door room had family with screaming kids (and parents) past midnight, and hotel apparently couldn’t move us to other room with balcony, were very reluctant to ask for them to try to lower the noise level and didn’t offer any consolation (we didn’t ask). Maybe noise problem only on 8. balcony floor which seems to have different layout than other lower floors. Pool small but clean, same goes for spa/sauna area. Staff ok friendly but as mentioned could/would not fix biggest issue. Breakfast was poor but of course convenient to have in house. Considering overall price level in Istanbul could probably have found cheaper with same amenities, but location was good and we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is very convenient by Hava Bus from the airport. The funicular & tram are very close to all the main sights. It was quiet, rooms maintained to a good standard & tea & coffee facilities available. Breakfast is excellent value for money with a huge of array of food & great coffee! The spa was clean and staff welcoming, just what is needed after walking 20,000 steps during the day. Staff are approachable & can speak several languages well. I'd like to say that Seda, a trainee, was very professional at reception & I was very happy to see there were a number of trainees at the hotel and that giving young people an opportunity to enhance their career. A lovely stay that made our time in İstanbul even more memorable.

下水道の衛生状況が悪いのか、空調入れなかったら臭い匂いがするし、水圧がかなり不安定で熱湯がかなり不安定で数秒ごとに冷水と入れ替わったらしてシャワー浴びるのに大変苦労した。

There were huge ants all over the rooms. It was very scary. When we told the hotel staff. They were not giving us a separate room. Finally after complaining for two straight days they gave us a separate room. We were women and had such a bad time in this hotel due to their negligence and ants. We did not pay for ants to share the room with us. They did not give us any discount or anything to cover such a terrible time. It was very disappointing. I would like to get my money for 2-3 nights back. As I stayed with ants and it was a traumatizing experience to feel that they would be in my clothes or shoes etc.
