Nice room with private hot spring and comfortable bed. The location is great although it's about a 20min walk up the hill from Shinbeitou MRT station. There is a small bus from Shinbeitou that will take you up the hill. My only complaints were that a 5pm check-in time is unnecessarily late and breakfast was only served for 1hr between 830-930am.. I had to head to the airport early and so couldn't take advantage.

The hotel seems on the older than other hotels around the area. However, the staff was very helpful and likeable. The free shuttle was awesome. The check-in was easy and just asked for ID and got the keys.

The property provides free shuttle service from the station. It makes it easy to get around for our family of five. After we dropped off the luggage, we also got shuttle back to the downtown area for dinner and walk around. It’s convenient and service is great. Great value for the price!

The staff is very friendly and super willing to help out and accommodate the guests. They offer an area shuttle for free because it is a little bit of a walk to the metro, and they are very fast when you call. The facility is showing a bit of age, but it is all very clean. Keep in mind it is a bit far out from the city center, but a perfect location if you are looking for Hot Springs in the Taipei area.

Japanese style onsen in Beitou. A little bit outside the busy center so very quiet but still in walking distance (10 to 15mn from MRT, really near the thermal valley lake). They also have a shuttle available on weekend. The room was big with tatami floor. Separate bedroom. And thermal bath in the bathroom

我覺得是一間被低估的溫泉飯店，雖然比較遠，但蠻值得走上去的，CP值很高。 1. 員工蠻親切，引導停車有耐心。 2. 當晚訂的是6人房，但只有三人入住，店員還提醒，可以找朋友來泡溫泉不加錢喔 3. 是白磺溫泉，蠻舒服。 4. 房間蠻整齊乾淨的，床好睡。

主要是房間很髒，孩子在花蓮海生館買的新娃娃榻榻米玩一下，臉變成黑色的了（笑），附上一隻原本要送別人的對比圖。泡澡的浴缸很小，牆壁的燈不好開關，某兩個開關沒有選對，手機是無法充電的。

시설은 낙후되어있지만 프라이빗 온천이 매우 훌륭하다.

시설이 낙후되고 굉~장히 오래된 건물로 엘베도 없고 위치도 별로지만 각 숙소에 있는 온천탕과 넓은 프라이빗 온천이 있는것만으로 높은 가성비를 줍니다. 특히 공용 온천중 가장 위에있는 온천 추가금액내고 꼭이용하세요. 정말정말 좋고 리조트라고 기대하고와서 낙후된 시설에 실망했던 모든게 사라지는 온천입니다. 온천즐기고 저녁에 문문푸드 검색해서 마장면꼭드세요. 행복해집니다.

白磺跟青磺湯分別很大，選合適的很重要

房間大，冷氣小，房內湯池衹能容下一人，湯是淡淡白磺湯，溫度不太高，不需加自來水，出入有專車到捷運站，這算方便，整體來說體驗不錯，有機會會再來。

山下不遠有魚吃腳，很刺激
