I had an amazing experience at check-in. Mohammad Alabass was friendly and very accommodating. He facilitated an early check-in, arranged assistance with my luggage to the airport in the morning, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this hotel!

Outstanding location if laying over at Frankfurt. Hotel staff is always very kind and professional! Great puds, restaurants and other facilities at hotel, or short walk in airport complex fir any needs. Rooms are extremely clean, well-kept and spacious.
