A safe clean place to stay

It's a clean safe place in Makita. We all slept good. The only thing is, it's a little far from the airport. But, if you want safety for your car, this is a good choice.

Stephanie at the Front Desk was friendly, helpful and professional in our dealings. The same can be said of the staff members from housekeeping and security. We would return when the opportunity arises.

The bathroom was nice other than the narrow shower. Free water bottles were advertised when I booked but I was told there is an additional charge if you want bottled water once I arrived. The breakfast they offer is very basic and left outside your door each morning at 6:30. Room is not setup for dinning so I wasn’t impressed there was no restaurant. Room service is available for part of the day. A/C unit looked dirty and didn’t work well. Rooms are not sound proof, you hear street noise and also hallway noise like doors closing. Fire alarm went off 3 different times late at night, likely from people smoking in rooms. No ice or room fridge available, I think these 2 items will stop me from returning.

Not as advertised photowise &it’s inside a village

I was surprised about the location it is not as advertised! Their photos on your website (hotels.com) is deceiving as it is really in a sort of subdivision/village called Beverly Hills village not as the BGC I thought it would be? and how it is class as a hotel cos I would say it is more of a pension house. There is not even a wardrobe in the room only a sort of pole sticking out on the wall(a bit of safety hazard for a tall person it would hit your head to walk from toilet to the bed. The worst is the chugging noise of the aircon! What a headache trying to sleep coupled with vehicle noises outside. I have asked the reception upon arrival when I realised where the location is to cancel my 2nd night but the lady said they can’t cos I booked on line(hotels.com) then when I contacted hotels.com they tried to help and said the payment would be at the hotel so I could try to ask the hotel to cancel but still hotel wouldn’t cancel so in the end my family had me picked up after the rush hour or after 7pm so I could sleep without the annoying noise of the aircon and cars outside. I couldn’t even remember my room number as was not written on my keycard wallet(apologised for asking a room boy to help me open the wrong room). Also my room had musty odour especially the bathroom! To which the bellboy that took me to my room when checked in said it wil be gone once the aircon’s cool air circulate well it didn’t even after I sprayed my perfume in the room. So won’t recommended.

The property is clean but the room is quite small . The location is very close to Bonifacio Global Center, Shoe Mart and Market Market where you can do your shopping so its a convenient location. The room service menu is affordable and they also offered breakfast buffet with limited selections
