Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was spotless. Would recommend
My family had a wonderful stay at London Marriott Hotel Kensington (our 2nd time staying). The location is ideal—conveniently close to the grocery store, laundromat, several wonderful restaurants, great shops, all within walking distance. The staff were consistently warm, professional, and attentive, which truly elevated the experience. Our executive suite was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a relaxing retreat after long days out. The daily breakfast was exceptional and a highlight of our stay, and access to the executive lounge added even more value, with complimentary coffees, beverages, and a lovely afternoon buffet. I will absolutely return to this hotel (yet again) and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.
Staff kindly arranged a room on higher room because I am afraid of darkness.
The layout of the room, clean and modern bathroom is impressed.
I would like to stay in this hotel if I come to London.
Thanks
We enjoyed our stay at the Marriott. Very helpful staff. The room was comfortable and the lighting and decor were elegant and stylish.
The exec lounge provides very nice facilities with light snacks and even light meals available inclusive.
The bed was comfortable though I think ours had a mattress topper which you might have to ask for.
The hotel is very well located with a tube station on the Piccadilly line and 2 supermarkets nearby.
Despite being on a main road, the rooms in the hotel are very quiet.
The gym is actually a working gym with a good variety of facilities, not just a weights room tacked on.
Recommended.
The location was very convenient, walkable to numerous incredible museums. The service was excellent and the room was very comfortable and nice.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable, staff were nice although some struggle with English?
Biggest let down was the tvs only having free view and no option to cast or sign into streaming apps. The shower is small so if your over 6ft your going to have to shower crouching.
A bit disappointed after booking a suite for £600 per night.
