The staff were great, but the apartment was dark, the toilet stunk, air conditioning didn’t work properly in the bedroom and the bathrooms flooded. Otherwise the hotel is outdated and decor tired. We won’t be staying there again.

Excellent location both close proximity to JBR beach and marina. Lovely spacious rooms with kitchen facilities. Didn’t dine at the hotel so couldn’t comment on the food there but staff where very helpful.

We had a four bedroom apartment which was big and loads of space. The view on the 17 floor was beautiful specially we got to the the drone display from the balcony. The accommodation was clean. We had some issues with the flat and the management was quick to look at it. The staff were nice and welcoming.

This hotel is perfect for those who want to be in JBR at a reasonably affordable hotel apartment. The staff is superb, the location is absolutely central to everything in JBR, and it’s clean. I liked the spaciousness of the apartment with a kitchen, which suited me well. Again, I cannot say enough about the management, front desk team, maintenance, bellhop, and housekeeping…they really made my stay comfortable and accommodated all my requests. Kudos to them!

Very good and clean hotel. Sad part was that the hotel doesn’t have an entrance where taxis can drop or pick you off. They come in the parking lot. The main entrance/reception is unfortunately on the first floor where no cars coming.

This is a very good value option in a great location. The apartment was really large, the washing machine was good, bathrooms were good also. The only thing to be aware of is that the kitchen contains only the very basics so if you plan on cooking any meals then this apartment is probably not for you. If this isn't an issue for yo then I would definitely recommend.

A mixed review

The Hotel was difficult to find. If arriving by car the entrance is through an unmarked underground carpark at the rear of the building and our taxi driver had great difficulty in finding it. We telephoned the hotel for directions but the call was not answered. We were upgraded to a larger apartment which was welcome but it was all very dated and in need of refurbishment. The kitchen had suitable equipment, except for the lack of a toaster, but no instruction leaflets on how to use the combination oven. We had to ask for dishwasher tablets and a tea towel. The provision of cutlery and china was totally inadequate especially for a family size apartment. The daily housekeeping was thorough and the young man that provided it was very pleasant. Overall our three day stay was enough.
