It’s in a great location across from Liverpool One, lots of dining options across the street n clearly lots of shopping choices in Liverpool One. The only thing we didn’t like was the view from our window which was facing other windows in an empty old building. Otherwise, our stay was great n having the home bargains shop next door was helpful!

Perfectly reasonable stay. Not many staff at breakfast. Nice to have a pool and gym. Quite noisy as in very busy area and could do with better double glazing. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.

Best thing was the room. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Worst thing was the restaurant - like trying to eat in a disco! Food not that good either and portions definitely not generous. Yes I’d come again but there’s loads more places to eat in a short walk.

We were very lucky to be upgraded at check in to an executive room.... Not sure why we deserved it but were very grateful for a very nice, spacious room. Lovely comfy bed, great shower with toiletries. Great location for walking to bars, restaurants and Liverpool One. Staff were really pleasant on both check in and check out and offered to store our bags if we needed too. Would definitely come back. Thank you for a lovely stay
