Our family loved Lisbon. We also really enjoyed this hotel. Only negative things were there is no dish soap for the dishwasher no laundry soap for the laundry machine and they supply the coffee maker but no coffee pods. Other than the place is excellent. I would recommend it to friends or family.

Big, airy light filled comfortable apartment with great views. Really friendly and helpful staff. The only moan was a constant high pitched electrical hum in the bedroom which interrupted sleep throughout the night.

awful, after 8 hour flight w 2 small children my parents and my husband that had a knee injury there is no way into the property we had 6 suitcases! Our private taxi was not allowed to drive up to the hotel to drop us off its a private road we called emailed and no help and they refused to refund us! And the area did not look geeat! Do not book this hotel

Disappointing Stay with Unexpected Charges – I recently stayed at Tandem Hotel in Lisbon, and my experience was highly disappointing due to misleading charges and poor customer service. I booked and paid in advance through Expedia, assuming that was the full cost of my stay. However, upon arrival, the front desk agent informed me that I owed additional taxes, which I expected. But then he claimed that Expedia had not charged me for the room at all and insisted I pay them directly. Caught off guard, but pleased it was less then Expedia quoted I provided my card. Later, I discovered I had been charged twice—once by Expedia and again by Tandem . This was never disclosed upfront, and had I known, I would have never stayed there. Upon returning to the U.S., I realized there was no way to dispute the charge directly with the hotel, making this even more frustrating. Key Issues: • Misleading pricing – Expedia listed one amount,

Die Appartements sind schlicht aber schön eingerichtet. In den Apartments gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Der Pool sieht nicht mehr so schön aus und könnte mal eine Reinigung vertragen. Zudem gibt es auch leider zu wenig Sonnenliegen. Die Umgebung (Alfama)ist sehr dreckig und überall liegt Müll. So riecht es auch. Wenn man 15 Minuten Bergab läuft kommt man nach Baixa, da sieht es gut aus.

Apartment ample space , location it’s central but in front of the property it’s a city trash collection point with multiple large trash can there , which it’s not appealing But no easy to communicate Front desk service short period of time Lunch break for them 1 1/2 hour at noon If you need to communicate only way it’s calling but many tourist cell service from a different country , it should be better what’s up .

Our apartment was absolutely amazing and as stunning as the pictures. Perfect with our three year old who called it our 'home-tel,' Our flights were delayed on the way out, I was able to call through to reception who provided us with access to the property after reception hours with really clear instructions. We just loved it so much, will definitely be back.

This is our second time staying at Tandem Palacio Alfama Suites. The aparments are quite large, very light and bright. The bed is really comfortable and the amenities are great. We look forward to our next visit!

Nice apartments in the heart of Alfama can make it a bit of fun for the drop off and pick up rides. Location served us well and units were clean and comfortable. Walk anywhere and enjoy Lisbon.

Property was nice. The apartments were a good size. We spoke to the staff and there was no coffee in the rooms and there was none on site for anyone. Food was left over from previous people staying in the cabinets and unfortunately the heating in the room and the gym was not functional and showing error codes. Maybe wrong time to be there?

Amazing room in the perfect location

The room was perfect for our family of 4. The kids shared a comfortable pull-out in the living room while the full kitchen helped ensure they were never hungry between each stop of our adventure. Having access to the laundry made it even better. Perhaps what was most spectacular was the stunning roof deck - if only we'd stayed in late spring or summer so it was warm enough to enjoy the pool!
