Building needs major renovation and property needs major upgrade. The only good thing about this place is it's location since it is nearby shopping and great dining places. The room itself is too worn out and outdated.

We have been staying at Prince Plaza II because we feel safe. The staff are very professional,helpful and friendly. Very convenient to many shopping places, restaurants, beauty salons, banks, church at Greenbelt, walking distance to department stores, boutiques and restaurants. 20 minutes to airports depending on traffic.

Bathroom Smell

Great location and friendly service. The hotel is dated and needs upgrading. I have stayed there previously and did not have the problem I encountered on this recent trip. The master bedroom bathroom had an bad smell that housekeeping could not get rid of. It was likely coming up through the drainage.

The staff are very friendly. The pool is not long enough to swim laps, just nice enough for children to swim in. The gym is just a room with dumbbells, an elliptical trainer and a stationary bike that’s over 20 years old. No air conditioning in the exercise room, just a fan and open window.The rooms do need renovation but the location makes up for the outdated rooms. This hotel is right next to Green Belt 5, which has many fine restaurants, coffee/dessert and places to shop. Glorietta Mall is a short walk away. The room I was in was clean and the air conditioner worked fine. I would recommend this place.

Avoid this hotel at all cosr.

The room was very very dirty and dusty. It wasnt clean at all. You can see it on the floor, tables etc. All the bed sheets were dirty and disgusting! I woke up and all my body were itchy. Elevator safety is also questionable. Totally not recommendable. Avoid.
