Absolutely lovely hotel! So peaceful, clean, and relaxing. Best hotel breakfast I have ever seen. The room was spacious and comfortable. Despite being near busy roads, the room was well sound-proofed and quiet at night. We enjoyed a great couple’s massage at the spa, too! All of the staff members were so kind! Only complaint was that it was not very easy or safe to walk to Ibirapuera Park, despite being so close. Otherwise, this hotel is perfect.

I love how everyone from the staff is always ready to help you in any way without you asking, everything looks so clean and pristine, I liked the Bakery and the Restaurant. My room was perfect, everything comfortable. The breakfast had many options and pastries to choose from, very delicious. The only thing I would say is that my tv did not have Netflix and only had local tv channels to go watch. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

Good sized rooms. Service was mixed to disastrous. Check in was very friendly and good. First day I managed to order room service. From then on, literally any time I tried to phone reception or room service it would just ring out. Trying to get drinking water was impossible and highly frustrating. Rooms are good size, but the bedding is poor. There was dirt on the bedsheets. The bedding is thin, pillows are small and lumpy. Swimming pool is freezing - I enjoyed it as a plunge pool from the Sauna, but isn't functional as a pool. Gym is pretty good.

Hotel razoável mas não vale o preço.

Hotel é antigo, porém o quarto é ok, grande e limpo. Cama king confortável. A All te manda um e-mail antes para fazer o check in on-line (que eu fiz), porém não serve pra nada pois você tem que fazer tudo de novo na recepção, check in que demorou mais do que o normal. Custo benefício não vale. Hotel se beneficia de eventos no ibirapuera, tem opções melhores mais baratas.

Recepcionista nao prestou atencao no meu atendimento nem por um segundo, aparentememte um grupo estava chegando naquele dia e ele ficou prestando atencao no atendimento da colega o tempo todo e se metendo no atendimento dela ao inves de falar comigo e me apresentar a propriedade (horarios de funcionamento, onde estao localizados os restaurantes…) nao houve uma conversa durante 7minutos de check in e no final a unica “instrucao” dada foi de que o quarto era para nao fumantes e que eu deveria ler o keyholder para ter informacoes de horario. No frigobar haviam aguas vazias e todos os itens de dentro da geladeira estavam empoeirados e avisei isso 3 vezes e em nenhuma vez foi resolvido. O quarto estava bem limpo, roupas de cama, toalhas, tudo bem limpo e cheiroso. As camareiras fizeram um trabalho impecavel mas a recepcao tem muito a melhorar.

Hotel em perfeito estado de conservação, quarto extremamente confortável e com todas as necessidades disponiveis. Especial agradecimento a Bruna (guest relations) que prontamente entrou em contato após ciencia que estariamos comemorando o aniversário da minha esposa, com uma surpresa que nos encantou quando do check-in Destaque também ao Gabriel que nos auxiliou durante a chegada, bem como ao Arthur que nos recepcionou na chegada ao hotel com extrema cordialidade e ao garçom Daniel com sua simpatia e presteza, sem atento as necessidades. De forma geral, uma das melhoras estadias que já tivemos, com certeza ficará uma ótima memória. Unica dica, acredito que vale a pena deixar os horários de limpeza do quarto pré-estabelecido, acaba ficando um pouco confuso, uma vez que passamos o maior do tempo aproveitando o quarto, saindo apenas para as refeições (mas nada que desabone o hotel ou a hospedagem), fica mais com dica

Preço de hoteis de alto nível como Hyatt e Hilton, mas infelizmente não é. Jantamos no restaurante e a comida estava ruim. Tivemos que devolver os pratos. Recepção, atendimento sem cordialidade. Quarto velho, embora grande. Localização boa.
