Very beautiful and nicely decorated modern & stylish 5-star hotel. Environmentally friendly packaging amenities were provided. Superb service - got stuck due to weather and required an extra night, online reservation was no longer available from any online platform, though they are busy managing different clients encountering same issues, they manage to be professional and polite and find the solution to extend the night at normal price and even arrange same room for us.

We stayed for 4 nights while visiting Sapporo. Location wise, the hotel is within 15min from Sapporo station, which in the snow it can be tricky with lugagge. Sapporo factory is right across the hotel, while Odori park is only 10min walk. The room is standard sized (with enough space for our two suitcases) with modern feel and great mattress. Staff was fantastic and helpful. Breakfast was western and Japanese buffet - great selection overall. Restaurant/bar was very good. We got great recommendations for japanese whiskey to try by the gentlemen in the bar. There are complementary drinks and snacks in the afternoon at the executive lounge. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Located immediately opposite the very large Sapporo Factory shopping centre with wide range of shops & restaurants. Short distance in 5 minutes by taxi or 15 minutes walking is the JR Tower with all around Observation Deck,shops and restaurants. Hotels was well appointed and staff very friendly and helpful. Ideal for 2 night stay.

Beautiful hotel and the best customer’s service in the Japan hotel and the best hotel in Sapporo. It’s just like the Halekunali hotel in Honolulu Hawaii . The local factory mall is right across the street. We tried the different restaurants. It’s yummy and reasonable prices.

Premiere shops across the street in the "Sapporo Factory" (a mall) with restaurants as well. Staff are wonderful and concierge team can arrange restaurants and excursions in and around the city. Rooms are spacious, clean, nice style -- this is a boutique hotel -- individual charm not found in a chain.
