"The staff were very good and accommodating. Rooms are dated but clean. Perfect location for the main Hiroshima sites to visit."

"The hotel was really helpful in looking after our luggage when we arrived early and then bringing it to us when we checked in. Check in was easy, but being a machine check in there was little information about breakfast. The breakfast location is open to the public and offers only 5 basic options for breakfast. They did have English menu to help, but it was difficult to see what each option was and they were a bit basic. The room was spacious and the hotel is so close to the station it was no trouble to transport our luggage. Access to the trams at the station means that getting around was easy, but if you like walking there is plenty to see within walking distance."

"The hotel was well maintained and our room has great views. Location was perfect and close to everything. The hotel staff was very helpful and attentive. When we asked questions about local transportation, the front staff provided everything possible to support our needs. Everything was very organized and their staff was super professional. We regretted that we should have stayed longer. Strongly recommended this hotel!"

"The hotel is well located, within walking distance of the main attractions and a 15–20 minute taxi ride from the train station. Our spacious room had a panoramic city view and plenty of space for luggage. However, some areas felt a little tired, with scratched bronze switches and stained sofas detracting from the overall experience. The views from the top-floor reception were excellent, but its location was somewhat inconvenient, requiring guests to go up before returning to their rooms. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, particularly in allowing us to leave our luggage before check-in while we explored the city. In contrast, service at the hotel restaurant was disappointing. When we asked about a table after checking in, we were simply told it was fully booked, with no alternative times or nearby restaurant recommendations offered. Overall, the hotel offers a great location, spacious rooms and excellent views, but maintenance issues and inconsistent service prevented it from feeling like a truly high-end experience."
