We had everything we needed in the apartment and were very comfortable during our four night stay. Communication by bus was excellent. Area had plenty of groceries stores and great coffee places around the corner. Would recommend and happily stay here in the future.

Appartement très bien situé, plusieurs arrêts de bus a proximité. Très bien équipé lits confortables Petit bemol le bruit de la chaudière. Sinon rien à redire je conseille ce logement avec grand plaisir.

A poor experience

Poor experience. Entrance, hall and stairs were very dirty/scruffy. 60 stair steps to Flat 5, no lift - not in info when we booked. Flat not cleaned at 3pm when we arrived. No one answered phone so texted. Alex arrived at 4.20.Apologetic. On return, flat was much cleaner, bed made etc but not to expected standard. Some corners of room, cutlery drawer, shelves and boiler cupboard had not been cleaned for a very long time. Rubbish bin broken. Showerhead needed fixing. Shower outlet blocked so dirty water from drain came into shower tray every time shower was used. Such a shame as area is interesting, station is convenient, Clapham Common is a short walk. Flat would have been OK if everywhere had been cleaner. The flat is in the flight path so noise of aircraft day and night. We have rented all over the world. We would go back to this area but not to this apartment.
