Property was close to the Underground which made it very convenient for all of London. Neighborhood itself had a nice vibe as well. I loved having the extra space too.

Location of property is excellent, so convenient to Liverpool St Station. The apartment itself was generally ok, there was definitely a slight musty smell to the apartment, that speaks to the age of the building as a whole, I imagine.

Nice apartment- poor cleaning and cold bathroom
The location is very nice. Grocery shopping and traveling/walking around the city has been very easy. Kitchen is very functional and neat. The bedroom was not properly vacuumed before our arrival: a lot of hair on the floor and in the bed. The bathroom didn’t have proper heating and was cold. We contacted the management twice: not heard anything for the first attempt. The second email was related to cold bathroom and dirty floor. We got a response one day later (we stayed for three days)- only the floor was vacuumed but the bathroom stayed cold throughout our stay.

Pros: Great London location with a functional kitchen and washer/dryer
Cons: No real time help with any immediate and urgent issues.
While Simona was available over emails, there is no help for any time sensitive issues - of which we had at least 2.
Maybe not the best property to book during the holidays,as they have no one to help with urgent issues.
Bathroom for Apartment 4 needs a mold and mildew repair with caulking and cleaning.

While not cheap these apartments are very well located and generous in size. Liverpool Street station is a 5 minute walk and the bus stop is 2 mins away. The area is NOT quiet as the apartment is located on a major thoroughfare.
The apartment is clean, spacious and has all the basic necessities. The reason for my poor rating is the poor service. Five of the bulbs in the apartment were not working and I called three times during my 5 day stay and spoke to someone who assured me someone will come to fix it shortly but nobody came. Similarly they did not top up any basic essentials like toilet paper or soap even though that is advertised.

Excellent location for those coming in from Stansted as is only a 5min walk from Liverpool Street Station and therefore also easy access to the rest of London.
Pre-check in required and all straightforward and easy.
Cleanliness of apartment was very average and furnishings dated. General scuffs on walls, water marks on ceilings and some sort of greasy rust colour in kitchen. Sofa bed wasn't clean. Double bed in bedroom was wooden and squeaked and creaked at the slightest movement, I ended up tightening all screws on the bed with a kitchen knife. Main issue was blinds in the bedroom: flimsy, light and poorly hung which allowed early morning sunlight to stream in the windows making it impossible to sleep. We bought eye masks the second day. Description says "blackout curtains" but certainly not the case (and there is space to hang them). Due to privacy from surrounding office buildings, blinds had to be kept down but kept actually falling down completely. No windows could be opened to allow some fresh air in and the only balcony door that could be opened had a sign saying "only open in emergencies". Even if access to the balcony is not allowed, it does need cleaning.
Shame, just a bit more attention to detail and cleanliness and it would have been ideal.

Loved our stay at 48 Bishopsgate! Great location, spacious and comfy apartment with nice little kitchenette, and surprisingly quiet given the location right down town. Recommended, would stay again.

We booked a room on the 5th floor -- but the elevator was broken and we had NOT been informed. Plus London was experiencing a tube strike so another option was difficult. We were told we would receive a 50% refund on our stay, and the hotel had put in for the refund, but after 12 days, I had to contact Expedia myself for the refund.

Good location and fully equipped flat. It had everything that we needed for a family vacation. Several supermarkets nearby and very close to the nearest tube station.

Wonderful location. Nice property, love the microwave, fridge, kettle and other kitchen amenities. Good size for a family to spread out a bit. I would wish for a little counter space and/or hooks in the bathroom and a little shelf in the shower for amenities. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Our family of four stayed for three weeks, and we were extremely satisfied. The flat had everything we needed, including laundry and air-conditioning, several grocery options within a few blocks, and two tube stops within easy walking distance (bonus: Liverpool St. Station is right on the Elizabeth line -- an easy journey straight from Heathrow). We were also consistently impressed with the responsiveness of Management to any of our questions or needs. We would stay here again.

Excellent location, ok apartment.
Bedding wasn't the most comfortable and furnishings are dated. However the close proximity to Liverpool Street station for easy access to Heathrow on the Elizabeth Line and all of central London made this a solid value for a few nights. Though dated, property was very clean and well kept. Easy communication and clear instructions for check in despite no front desk or any onsite staff.

The lift was really nice when we brought the luggage up and down. The keyless entry was very convenient. The space was just what we needed. The mattress in the bedroom was very uncomfortable. The couch bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed other than the lack of any baking ware. Not even a cookie sheet. Overall, it was a very convenient and comfortable stay.

We loved the apartment, it was spacious and had everything we needed. If you are from the US. note that the dryer is a combined washer/dryer and you leave the laundry in and let it complete the wash and dry. These are common in Europe. I felt very safe with the personal door and gate codes plus deadbolts. It is a five minute walk to the Liverpool Street tube station, which connects to multiple lines. There were 3 of us so we had one queen size bed and one fold out couch. My daughter said the fold out bed was very comfortable.

The area is convenient and as we expected: busy business district. The flat is spacious. Sofa bed mattress was poor. Bedroom window lock broken and couldn’t be closed. Would have been nice to receive clean towels mid week. Communication with mgmt could have been better. Requested extra pillows —never arrived. Insufficient garbage bags, too.

On arrival it was noticed the lift was broke and clearly after seeing another review was broke prior but we had not been advised of this so we could change our booking. Warning I do not envisage them fixing this either.
We were on the fourth floor to be fair that doesn't sound bad intol you see the stairs and have to constantly try and walk up and down them. They are extre Steep and go a long way and are double stairs each floor I have pictures to evidence this and everything else
One of the stairs the carpet was loose also and as you have to keep switching lights on as you go up which often quickly go off this is very dangerous again I have photographic evidence
We then had emails with bishopsgate who offered eventually a 50% refund they said to contact hotels.com who would refund this I've gone through them numerous times they can't get hold of bishopsgate to authorise this so can't refund I again emailed someone assured me she had rang them and authorised this I emailed hotels.com again still said couldn't get hold of bishopsgate so wouldn't refund
Emailed bishopsgate so many times not getting any replies completely ignoring me this has gone on since September they offer you a refund not to leave a negative review
DO NOT BELIEVE THEM
Do not book this place avoid unless you want to damage yourselves on very steep stairs or not bother going out in an evening as you can't face the stairs and do not go through hotels.com or Expedia group
