My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I especially want to highlight Luis, who was phenomenal! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. His professionalism and kindness truly made a difference. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to others.

I loved the location, all the shops, cafes and restaurants on the street and the cafe and spa in the hotel. The staff was amazing and I had no trouble with any noise. Will definitely be staying here again!

had a great stay at this hotel. The property was very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. One thing to note is that the area can be quite loud at night, but the hotel is upfront about this at check-in. They provide ear plugs and a sound machine in the room, which definitely helped. Overall, a nice experience—just be prepared for some nighttime noise if you’re a light sleeper.

Lovely hotel

Great hotel in centre of El Poblado - really clean and spacious room, lovely rooftop sauna and jacuzzi, with a beautiful view. Only downside is it’s loud at night due to the bars and clubs nearby but there is a white noise machine in the room which helps with sleep

The room was cute but a little small. The shower was nice and the addition of a spa downstairs and the sauna and jacuzzi and bar upstairs were great. It is located right in the district with all the bars and restaurants and you can definitely hear the noise at night, but we used a sound machine app on our phone and we were fine. They also provide ear plugs and a sound machine at the hotel and have a black out curtain.

Great location, style and comfort.

We opted for the room with a view and balcony. The street scene and life below us was lively and fun, however, if you are a light sleeper, the front rooms or this hotel may not be for you. The partying doesn’t stop until 2 or 3.00AM. It didn’t bother me though. Everything about the room was fine - clean and comfortable.

Great stylish hotel

Absolutely loved the place. The jacuzzi with the view of Medellin, the sauna and cold plunge were top notch! The room were adorably decorated, we stayed on second floor and as we were warned about the noise we realized it wa syrupy minimum. We will go back!

Very nice hotel in heart of poblado close to many restaurants and bars, lots of options.. many shopping areas. Not loud like its made out to be. Hotel provides ear plugs if needed. I would stay here again!

The customer service was great, the place was clean, great location and the room was nicely decorated. We were told about the noise in the area and they even told us that if after one night we didn't want to stay, they understood and there would be no penalty. It was loud but we managed and appreciate the heads up.

Only modest negative point: the coffee bar at ground level never opens at 7.30am… more 8am. But there is a coffee place opposite the hotel. Was told the hotel could be noisy due to bars around but it was actually very quiet

Very cute hotel in a great area

We had a great stay - the location of the hotel is perfect, the rooms are cute, and the roof is really nice (good bar, hot tub, cold plunge and sauna). We felt safe in the area, but we were not out past 9/10pm. The only two things to note are 1) the bathroom is not blocked off from the room the sink and shower are very much kind of in the center of the room (but still semi private) and 2) the neighborhood has a ton of night life so you will hear some loud music, it was nothing we couldn’t sleep through ultimately - note we were not there over a weekend so cannot speak to how much louder it gets
