The room was clean although not fully stocked. That matter was resolved with a quick call to housekeeping. The trashcans at the elevator remained overflowed throughout the stay. I go to Vegas very often due to my job. I find this hotel affordable and very conveniently located. It is decent, not a luxury hotel, but it is easy to access, staff is always friendly, and the rooms are well maintained.

Rooms in MGM tower are recently upgraded - super clean.nothing overly fancy and lots of room. Good sound insulation.

Servers on the casino floor would not approach me to be served during most of my stay. They had no problem approaching my husband who had to order all of my drinks due to this. They would walk right past me, even the times I tried to get their attention.
