We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Rooms were clean and nicely appointed, staff was friendly and very helpful and the breakfast options were plentiful, fresh and tasty. The bus station is located right outside the front door, which made for very convenient connection to the metro.

We had a great stay at Swissôtel Osaka. The location is excellent—right above Namba Station, which made getting around the city extremely easy and convenient.
The hotel is comfortable, well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a very good experience and I would definitely stay here again, especially because of the location.
