Desk staff was friendly and professional, though the house keeping help was on their phone at times, standing in the hallway. House keeping did not consistently give the Japanese style greeting to guests. No gym, no self serve laundry.

Oriental Hotel Universal City
This hotel is fine- we’re out of the room most of the day to be at the park anyways. It was clean and served its purpose. My only complaint with this hotel- I know check in time is at 3pm, but I was 7 min early and they seriously turned me away and told me to come back at 3pm. So I went to the bathroom, ...
