"This location is superb, next to the central station, China town and many restaurants. The room is not too spacious, which is Ok as it is in the center of the city. However, condition is not great and needs improvement. No amenities. The breakfast is quite good. It is a good place to stay if you only sleep in the room. "

"Definitely great location with easy access to the train station, tram, and bus station. Only downside I would say is walls are pretty thin, sometimes there would be a louder group walking by, when neighbouring rooms were using the shower or people would let their doors slam shut. I could hear it all. This didn't bother me as much as my floor wasn't too busy and I would literally pass out from exhaustion during the night. Just something to keep in mind. Breakfast was always amazing and it starts...

Ground floor room a little noisier than elevated floors but outdoor courtyard delightful. Unfortunately rained every day of our stay. Comfortable bed, very good pillows and linen."

"The hotel and staff were very nice. The pool and spa were excellent. But the room we had only had a tiny shower. I am 5 ft 3 and it only came to my chest. Also. The tv wasn’t a smart tv so we couldn’t watch our own shows and movies. The selection of movies were so old I don’t think any from this century. I don’t like foxtel but that what we were stuck with and although there seems to be a large selection of viewing material most of it is so outdated it really didn’t appeal. "

"Check in staff was not much helpful in providing info on bus service to the airport or what bus number serves the stops near the hotel...Room was very cold, no facility to warm it..."
