"Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

Excellent location, easily accessible from High Street Kensington station and with lots of restaurants nearby. Room: Absolutely tiny room. "Lovely welcome rooms were ready. Large room. Bit dated but very clean overlooking car park. Teas making facilities. Thick towels. Plenty of hangers and wardrobe space. Iron and ironing board available. Massive very comfy bed. Very large pillows. Fan and heater provided. Lovely bar area food choice was good. Breakfast paid separately at £10 per person. Excellent value. All staff very friendly. Would stay again. Taxi (card from reception) to OVO arena £15 had to get uber home at £46! "
