From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. They were friendly, attentive, and always happy to answer questions or help with anything we needed, including taking our bags to our room. Having staff who spoke both English and Spanish was also a big plus. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wonderful variety of Peruvian breakfast options, fresh fruit, and fresh fruit juices. Our room was very clean, and the room service was excellent, with beautifully presented food. Overall, it was a comfortable and welcoming stay. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!"
