"The hotel is beautiful inside and very cozy. I liked it a lot in that sense. However, there was a pit smell in the reception area which was not comfortable. "Our originally scheduled room had a hot water heater problem and we were moved to another building. They met us at the original building and walked us to the new apartment. Showed us how to used everything including th heat. We should have listened to them. Not knowing it would be so cold, we told them that we would set the heat when we returned.
