"Thankfully it was a late night checkin as the auto machine wouldn’t accept my details so back to the trusted manual checkin at desk. Clean room and toilet, good brunch served until 1.30 pm with plenty of choice, could only do with coffee being warmer. Made a good choice in staying there."

"Absolutely amazing could not fault the hotel. Pools were all lovely and clean and not too busy. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and quick to check that you're okay and have everything you need. The main shops and beach are just a five minute walk away so super convenient. We went all inclusive and i couldnt fault the food there was a massive buffet selection so something for everyone and if you're a little fussy theres plenty of 'usual' british food too like chips and bits for the kids...

"Our stay at Zhero Hotel Mallorca was interesting. On the one hand, the staff was amazingly accommodating, pleasant and helpful. On the other hand, the hotel is showing signs of needing maintenance and general updates that seem to have been neglected. (One example of this is the decking around the pool area that seems spongy in places.) The towels in the rooms were very scratchy and old. It seems like a small thing but having nice towels can make up for a lot in a hotel. There was no elevator...

"We really enjoyed our stay at Vista Club Apartments. Our apartment was well equipped and clean and we had a fantastic view over the bay from our balcony. Like a lot of hotels in Mallorca, the rooms would benefit from a bit of updating. The pool area is clean and tidy and the staff there were very friendly and helpful. A lot of reviews we read before visiting Vista Club Apartments mentioned "steps" and it's true there are a lot of steps to negotiate within the property (to get to the pool for example) and to get to the town (there is another way to get to town that doesn't involve steps which is slightly longer). For us, the steps didn't really bother us but for someone with mobility issues (maybe even those with prams or buggies) I think they would present a problem. Overall we enjoyed our holiday and would certainly return to Vista Club Apartments in future."
