"We stayed at this hotel for 2 days during the Xanthi festival in September. We chose this hotel because it looked like it was close to the old town on the map. When we arrived, we were surprised to find that it is actually situated a long way up a country road and quite isolated. We had intended to walk from the hotel to the festival in the evenings, but this was not possible as there is no foot path along the road. "Instead of a tiny hotel room that we expected we got a whole apartment, which was a great surprise. The rooms very licked clean. The service was amazing, especially during breakfast. Buffet options were scarce, but the host brought us fresh eggs, yogurts and salad freshly made directly from the kitchen. The bed was hard but comfortable. The bathroom door lock was broken, but the bathroom had lots of space. "

"These are the two things that spoiled my stay there. The noise from the water in the pipes in the middle of the night wakes even the dead. But if that doesn't, the dog fights outside plus the garbage pick-up will. Otherwise it's a pleasant little harbor seaside village. "
