Guido and Stefania at the front of house went above and beyond to help us and Susan by the pool was a ray of sunshine every day and couldn’t do enough for us. If we had any type of problem or question or concern everyone was quick to be of service to us and help us out. No problem was to big and we were made to feel so welcome. We will definitely be coming back again. "

"This was our second stay at this hotel and like the first time, it did not disappoint. It is an older hotel but it is kept up pretty well. Breakfast was terrific, as was the staff. "Very disappointed with this hotel. Rude unhelpful staff. “S.P.A.” hotel yet you have to pay 35€ per person to use the pool. There is a kitchenette in your room but you’re not allowed to use it. There aren’t even glasses to drink out of. Our balcony was completely flooded we reported it on day one and no one came to fix it. There is a kids club but they just put on movies and feed the kids cake. Would not recommend at all"
