"Nicely design hotel in the park environment, Close to the Catania airport. Lunch was excellent, however grilled octopus for dinner was burned and not edible. When I complained to the restaurant manager I was told that this is a matter of opinion and I was charged for this non edible meal. My bill indicated free desert which not served. Restaurant manager ruined our good impression about this hotel."

"Very nice city hotel. Hotel is well-situated for exploring Ortigia. Room, with a view of the water, was quite nice and very clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast buffet was as expected for a property of this caliber. Hotel is located within restricted zone, so it was possible to drive to hotel but then necessary to valet park (at 50 Euros/day). "We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and it had easy parking. The hotel was so much better than I expected. The front desk checked us in early. Massimo was so friendly and could answer all our questions. He have us excellent directions to return our car rental. We never would have found it without his help. The room had a patio which we enjoyed very much. I would highly recommend this hotel. However the restaurant I would not recommend. It was super expensive and the food was not very good. "
