"There were problems with the shower handle which dropped off on two of our three day stay and the battery for our room entry had to be replaced which caused some inconvenience as I am a double amputee. The staff responded quickly but did not fix the shower tap properly. My wife and I received a complementary Starbucks coffee each for the inconvenience."

"The location of the hotel is spot on for central Cardiff. No parking onsite anymore so had to park in an NCP car park 3 min walk away but cost ยฃ30 for 24 hours. Hotel was clean so was room but needed some TLC. Bed was comfortable Only one lift working when we were there so ended up taking the stairs. The hotel has 10 floors. Staff available at reception Overall stay is was good and comfortable for a 3 star hotel"
