"Hidden little gem!"

"Comfortably Good"

"The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was well taken care of."

"The hotel is managed with a 24-hr check in counter with housekeeping on standby, Daily room cleaning or towel change is not provided unless if you request for it. The breakfast provides a wide variety and the food was fresh and delicious. One downside is the elevator crowd during peak hours where we had to wait a long time for the elevator to arrive and a long time inside the elevator to reach our floor. "It was a great stay"

"Nice breakfast"

"Always a great and pleasant place to return to, clean and well kept. Loads of eateries nearby"

"I enjoyed my stay there. The view was great, and the atmosphere was mostly quiet, though there was some noise from outside in the early morning. The WiFi could be stronger, but overall, everything else was satisfactory. "

"The king bed was a perfect fit. Our rooms were next to each other and the amenities are resourceful between the hotel and resort. The parking is indoor and outdoor. The staff are friendly and speak English which was helpful for my family and I. The hotel is clean and each unit has leveled AC in each room."

"Excellent small boutique hotel in Malacca. Very friendly staff with a great local style breakfast. Safe, clean and friendly… what more could you want!"

"Driving in and out have no direction. small room, smelly washroom, music blaring at 7AM to 10PM "

"Friendly CS"

"Apartment is in good and clean condition. But common toilet was choked so 7 of us end up using only 1 master toilet😢"

The toilet seat was broken and when I reported this, within 5 minutes of entering the room, no one replied to my messages. Then at 3 am we heard Easter, turned in the lights and the aircon had decided to dump litres of water out over our the desk with our belongings, phones and the T.V. After having to...
