"Great location. Family room came with two adjacent rooms. Perfect breakfast (great variety spread) was included. Helpful staff. All was up to satisfaction except weak A/C at the gym room, and no much response to deal with this issue. Still would recommend to others."

"There was a spa and message offer posted all over the property and in the lifts, but when I went to the spa, they refused to honor the offer saying that the posted offer was a mistake and I would need to pay full price. It was disappointing to say the least."

"I had such a great stay at Riad Monceau! The place is super chic and the decor is beautiful. It has a really cool mix of modern style and traditional Moroccan vibes. The location is amazing and perfect for getting around, and the live entertainment was tons of fun. What really stood out to me was how welcoming the management team was. The manager, Mohammed, and the lady manager (I didn't catch her name, unfortunately!) were both so sweet. They really went out of their way to make sure I felt safe and looked after, which I appreciated so much as a solo female traveler. If you're coming to Marrakech, definitely stay here. I'd come back in a heartbeat!"

"Firstly i would like to thank a few staff member's for making me and my family feel welcomed and went beyond expectations to make sure we was happy and satisfied. I couldn't asked for a better place to stay. Mohammed Bqchir, IMAD, Aisha, Jaouad. Thanks once again. property is nice clean poolside was clean lots off seating. Common area was nice in cosy. Restaurant/Bar area was nice. Breakfast a bit for everyone. Room was nice spacious and clean we mini fridge and microwave and a balcony. Bathroom had bath and shower separate which was amazing. Toilet was also separated which was a bonus for families The hotel wasn't to far away from the big square walking was less than 10 minutes if you know where your going. Not to far from the menara mall. "
