"This is our second time staying here, and the experience remains just as impressive as the first. The consistency in quality is what keeps us coming back. The self-check-in process is seamless and makes arrival stress-free. We also really appreciate the full kitchen, which is well-equipped and perfect for preparing meals. It is also within walking distance to Aeon. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable stay."

"The property was clean and comfortable and felt safe. We had some trouble accessing the key because of the language barrier, but once we realized the Union flag at the top of the instructions was a tab to translate to English, everything was clear. Several areas could be improved on. The parking space was very tight, so that one had to park so close to the next car on one side that you could only exit the car on the other side. This may be a common problem in Sapporo, but a few more feet of...

"I had a very large room with a nice view. Had a whole table with 4 chairs, kitchenette-burner stove, utensils, plates, separate sink to do dishes, microwave, washer/dryer. They changed pajamas, towels, and emptied trash daily. Buffet breakfast is good. Nice view out the window while eating breakfast too. Hotel staff is extremely nice & helped me with a laundry mishap-very accommodating. Closest station is Odori Station & Susukino Station is close too. Close walk to Odori Park which is why I was there-for snow sculpture festival. However, itโs a 20min walk to Sapporo JR Station-you can walk completely underground due to the snow, but just be aware. Was maybe a 10-12min walk from airport bus drop-off area. Close walk to restaurants and shopping."
"Beautiful hotel. Nice city view from a high floor. Delicious premium breakfast. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location was quite good. Comfortable beds. "
"Nice clean room and bathroom, really good location close to the hustle and bustle and the tram and train stations and Odori park. Lots of cute little cafes around too."
"The staff is simply amazing on all fronts. The Bell staff remembers my damaged knee and brought me big bags of ice 4x a day, the front desk was super and as a Bonus there is an attached Starbucks "
