Top All Nations Centre Hotel Reviews
Lincoln House Hotel
8/10 Good
"A charming old building with quite a bit of character, in a positive way. A very different experience to a modern "identikit" hotel but a much more authentic experience as a result. There was a warm welcome, a clean room and a very good breakfast. A decent dinner was to be found at establishments within walking distance. The car park was not huge but a welcome bonus for a hotel within walking distance of the city centre. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return."
Mercure Cardiff
8/10 Good
"The staff were really helpful, the check in process was very quick and smooth, as was check out. The lobby area had been recently refurbished and looked very nice. The room that I stayed in was recently refurbished, which I appreciated, though there were a couple of small details like a very rusty shaving mirror (it wasn't needed, as the upgraded mirror was excellent, so it could have been removed and the tile replaced) and a chair with obvious stains. The room was otherwise clean and tidy, so it was a little bit of a shame. I appreciated having breakfast as an option with the room, I also appreciated that the staff were in so early on a Sunday (I needed to be out early, so I took advantage of the early start). The food and coffee were great, with lots of options."
Cardiff Bute Terrace Hotel

"One of the best hotels I stayed in to be fair😎👌"
Clayton Hotel Cardiff

"Nice hotel in city centre, very clean and breakfast was good. Air con was slightly loud but not too much of a problem."
Future Inns Cardiff Bay
8/10 Good
"This was a last minute booking. I was expecting a budget experience but this hotel exceeded expectations. Staff were very helpful, room was spacious and very comfortable. Very good value for a one night stay in the bay. I will return and recommend"
Leonardo Hotel Cardiff
8/10 Good
"Staff. Ok, this isn’t isolated to Leonardo in Cardiff but seems to be an issue everywhere in the UK. Unless you ask the right questions, you will not receive the information you NEED. For example, I pulled into the hotel parking area that is controlled by an arm and monitored by check in staff at the front desk. I paid £25 for an outdoor parking space. On check out, not one staffer said, “oh, by the way, this is the code to leave the parking area”. So when I got in my car, I arrived at the exit, the control arm didn’t raise. There wasn’t a communication device to call the hotel. I had to leave my vehicle and walk the 200meters to the front desk only to be told that I would need a code to leave. I ask, “why didn’t I get a code on check in?” The clerk says, “it would have been written in your room key sleeve”. I say, “it wasn’t, but should have been. You have a CCTV monitor there, maybe it would be a good idea to find out why your guest is sitting there wanting to leave.” “Oh sorry about that.” It’s not a big deal but……. The small important details that make the experience decent or amazing. Today, the staff were decent but failed to provide a good experience. Breakfast: terrible! Just terrible. Others may not see it the same way but I think I’m being reasonable. The scrambled eggs had flour or other additives rather than simply eggs and cream or eggs and milk. Not egg like substance or powdered eggs. The sausage was tasteless and the bacon a bit harsh. It just wasn’t edib"

"It's a 1 star hotel. So keep your expectations appropriate. The rooms are tiny but the beds are comfortable, shower is fine, air conditioning does well in 30+ degree heat, staff are friendly and helpful. And it's half the price of most other hotels in the area."
Novotel Cardiff Centre
8/10 Good
"We were put into an accessible room, which was not required. no sockets by the bed, only at the opposite end of the room. Other than that, it was lovely, with great facilities."
Holland House Hotel Cardiff By Sunday
10/10 Excellent
"Bernadette at the reception was very helpful and professional. Even the staff in the carpark as well as the male staff doing the maintenance at the lift lobby were very friendly. The bathroom was sparkling clean, no complaints at all."
